Privacy Policy

Levanta ("we", "us") is a personal training app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's stored. If anything is unclear, email oliverloo09@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, sign-in method (Apple ID or email/password).
- Fitness profile: gender, height, weight, training experience, goals, equipment access, training-day preferences, declared injuries, and modality preferences. You provide all of this during onboarding.
- Training data: the programs you create, workout sessions logged, sets completed, weights, reps, RPE, and timestamps.
- Chat with the AI coach: messages you send to the in-app coach and the coach's replies, including any tool calls applied to your program.
- Device basics: app version and crash diagnostics (no device identifiers used for tracking).
What we don't collect
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share your data with advertisers.
- We don't access your photos, contacts, location, microphone, or camera.
- We don't access Apple Health unless you explicitly grant it (and v1 doesn't request it).
How your data is stored
Your data lives in two places:
- On your device, in a local SQLite database. This is what powers the app when you're offline.
- On Supabase (our backend provider). Supabase stores the canonical copy and syncs it to your other devices. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
The AI coach
The in-app coach is powered by Google Gemini. When you send a message, your message and a summary of your program (so the coach knows context) are sent to Google for inference. Google does not retain or train on this data under our enterprise terms. We do not store your prompts on Google's servers.
The coach never gives medical advice. If you describe pain, the coach recommends seeing a physiotherapist or doctor.
Your rights
- Access: You can view all your data in the app.
- Export: Email us and we'll send you a JSON export of your data.
- Deletion: Profile tab → "Delete account" permanently removes your data from our servers. We retain anonymized aggregates (e.g. "X users completed onboarding in May") that cannot be tied back to you.
Children
Levanta is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we'll notify you in-app. Minor clarifications are reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
